The following terms apply for all private customers of "www.shop.famiro.com, FMR-famiro". The customer must accept the general business policies before the order can be carried out. Please read them carefully! If the customer is not in agreement with the general business policies, he or she should not send the order.
Your right to cancel
The following right to cancel does not apply for sealed products if you open or damage (unseal) the packaging. Special orders (titles specially procured for you in accordance with your specifications) are not returnable. (Special order without return privilege).
You are no longer bound to your order if you cancel it within 2 weeks of receiving the merchandise (§ 13 BGB, German Law). You need not include an explanation and can be made in writing (an email sent to info@fmr.de) or you can simply send the merchandise back to FMR:

Returned merchandise must be insured!
If damaged or used goods are returned, famiro shall be entitled to claim for compensation and the refund shall be reduced according to § 361a, II, German Civil Code. You can avoid this problem by examining the goods immediately upon delivery and returning the goods without signs of use and in the original packing.
Please affix the correct postage to returned merchandise. Please note that we will refuse to accept deliveries which have not been stamped. We will refund the postage for returns with a value of over 40,- EUR. All returned merchandise must be shrinkwrapped. The customer can ensure the right to return for non-shrinkwrapped products by requesting that these products be sealed. The right to cancel also applies to these products if they are returned with the seal intact.
Conclusion of the Contract
The customer is bound to the contract from the moment that the "Send Order" button is clicked. The order confirmation follows directly after the order has been sent. The contract will be sent either with the delivery confirmation or the delivery of the goods.
Customer"s Contract Access
The customer has access to the basic business policies on the Website. Customer data is retrievable through the customer"s individual account.
Prices
As a general rule, the merchandise price on the date of purchase is valid.
All prices on the Website include tax.
Prices for deliveries within the EU include the German sales tax.
Prices for deliveries to countries outside the EU ( with the opening of a customer account with country of delivery outside the EU) include no VAT.
IMPORTANT:
Each delivery to non-EU countries will be declared by customs. VAT in the country of delivery as well as customs tax and money transfer fees are the responsiblity of the customer. The acquisition price for the customer will be increased.

We deliver to registered customers also per invoice or automatic debit transfer system from a German bank account.
We charge a 7,50 EUR fee for return debit notes (wrong bank account number, overdrawn account…).
Delivery
Delivery within Germany:
We deliver with the shipper of your choice: Post Office /DHL or UPS. Catalog orders will be sent as uninsured book or goods delivery.
Delivery outside of Germany:
We deliver with the shipper of your choice: Post Office /DHL or UPS. Catalog orders will be sent as uninsured book or goods delivery, or in some cases as normal letter post.

Miscellaneous Conditions
The declaration of regular registered customer is the decision of www.shop.famiro.com, FMR-famiro.
We reserve the right to restrict or extend the shipping and payment conditions in individual cases. The supplied goods remain our property until the payment has been made in full. We reserve the right to partial delivery. The additional delivery charges will be paid by FMR-famiro. Compensation for partial delivery, delayed delivery und non-delivery in the case of sold-out merchandise is excluded.
Warranty
According to German law, in the case of damaged or incomplete merchandise reserves FMR-famiro the right to replace the merchandise. Should the replacement merchandise also be damaged or incomplete, the customer has the right to a full refund with the merchandise return, or partial refund in the case of retained merchandise. Please see the product description for other manufacturer"s warranties.
Customer Complaints
The customer shall examine the condition of the package upon delivery. Should the package be damaged or opened, the customer shall report this to the delivery company. Should the package damage (previous opening, tear, etc...) be noticed after the official delivery, the customer shall report the damage immediately to the respective transport company. Only then can FMR-famiro replace the missing or damaged goods.
Obvious product damage must be reported in writing within seven (7) days. Acceptable methods are fax, letter and email.
The customer has the right to a replacement in the case of damaged or defective merchandise. The replacement merchandise shall be shipped to the same address. If the replacement merchandise also proves to be defective, the customer can cancel the contract or receive a partial refund.
All other claims, especially personal damages, are exempted.

All information on this Website is carefully controlled. The invalidity or incompleteness of individuel clauses in the purchase contract has no influence on the remaining clauses. Both parties (seller and purchaser) are responsible for a plausible replacement clause.
